Premium site with Tent??

We are staying this weekend and have a premium site reserved. We plan on having a 35' RV and a tent on the site to have our max of 10 people. I read that the entire area was paved so you are not able to have a tent and I was told by a reservation clerk that you can not have a tent, but then I also saw on the site it says you can. Has anyone stayed on a premium site with a tent or know if it is possible? Please help...7 adults 3 kids and a dog will not fit in the RV!!

You can certainly have a tent, however what you cannot do is drive a tent peg in anywhere. The premium sites are entirely concreted with no place to drive a peg. You're not supposed to be 'off' the site but you may be able to put the tent at the edge to get to a place you can put a peg but don't push it. The other corner(s) of the tent could be weighted down with milk jugs filled with water or other weights.

Go to walmart or target and buy some ten pound weights from sporting goods. Throw them in the corners of the tent and with the contents you put inside you should be fine.

Yeah, if you put the tent in the back right corner, you should be able to stake down 3 corners at least.
