Premium Plan for One Night Just for the Tours, LaNouba, etc.??

how did you confirm this was true??? We have annual passes but were told we needed to purchase at least a one day ticket to add on the premium plan.

The same here, I was told we were required to get at least a 1 day ticket.

Yep, same here. Was told today that the Premium/Platinum Packages require at least a 1 day ticket...even for AP's.

I also asked about adding to other discounted Packages (FD, 40%) and CM said that you cannot combine since you are getting unlimited recreation, etc, etc...and if you take full advantage of all the Plat/Prem has to offer, that becomes a discount in itself.

Okay! I have just heard about the new Indy car thing at WDW. Here I am, with only less than 2 weeks til we arrive to Disney, wondering if this will be included in the Platinum Plan like the Nascar Ride-Along experience.

Hi all! We are back! Yes... it was a short trip but well worth it! We did so many things in that short amount of time! We did the premium plan right in the middle of our 3 night stay and it was amazing!!!!!

We stayed at 3 different hotels... Night 1 was Boardwalk Villas, Night 2 was Pop Century with the Premium Plan, and Night 3 was Saratoga Springs! The moving was easier than I thought it would be but only because my friend DisneyYES rented a car! It would have been impossible to get to all of our planned activities on time without it! We lived out of our suitcases for 4 days!

We Jet skied, parasailed, tubed, Segwayed, went to Hoop and Cirque, Wild by Design and ate our way through Disney on this trip! :lovestruc

I'll be back with more!!!

Welcome back Dizney73!

How long do I need to plan for Parasailing?

It is really hard to balance fitting a lot in and still keeping it doable. Any changes or suggestions would be appreciated.

This is what I am looking at:
Staying at AKL CL
7am wake up
7:30 Breakfast grab and go in CL
8:00 arrive at AK by our own car.
Meet for Backstage Safari Tour at 8:15 (I hope we meet at the gate).
8:30-11:30 Tour
Make it out by 12:15 (I will have to drag DH out of AK) Park at Resort that has Parasailing and monorail into Epcot. (is that enough time?)
1:30 Lunch at LeCel
3:00 Go to (where am I going? Contemp?)
3:45 Parasailing
4:45 (?) return to room to change quickly- travel time to and from AKL will eat a good bit of time here.
6:00pm head out for dinner 6:45pm Narcoossees
and 9 pm La Nubia show, is that enough time to eat and get there?

From my reservations with Sammy Duvals, it appears the parasailing should probably only take a max of 30 mins, as they scheduled my parasailing at 130p and my watercraft rental at 2p.

As far as your 645pm Narcoossees reservations, you may run into an issue there. If you get there, get seated right at 645, and everything flows smoothly you should be okay. However, you have to take into consideration you may be seated late or dinner may take some time. I've had dinners over in as short as 45 minutes, but also dinners take 2, 2 1/2 hours. You have to be to La Nouba 15 minutes early, and you'll have to factor in walking from Narcoossees to your car, driving to DTD, finding parking, and walking to La Nouba. You seem to have a good chunk of time after parasailing and before Narcoossees, so you may want to try to make your dinner reservation earlier just to be safe.

Thanks!
I think I am finally getting things to where they will actually work :thumbsup2

From our experience Sammy Duvall's is awesome! we did lots. Of water sports. We parasailed 2 times, used personal watercraft 2 times and also went tubing! Everyone there was so nice... we loved our Sammy experience! Everything went right on time and we even cut one of our jetski times shorter than the scheduled hour. They are very professional and totally make the experience all about you!
We did miss one of our parasails (we had 3 scheduled ) since our 11:30 am fort wilderness segway tour ended 45 minutes later than scbeduled! So those of you who have this scheduled just count on extra time. It was supposed to be over at 1:30 but ran until 2:15 . So we missed our 2:30 parasail.

Dizney73:

We were told the 11:30-1:30 FW Segway gets a bit warm and I cannot handle a great deal of heat so we planned it for the morning instead. Since you were there in the heat of July, can you clarify for us please?

We would rather do the Steam Train tour followed by the Segway and I may still have time to change the bookings. I know a lot of the tour is in the shaded areas between FW and WL, but would appreciate your input.

Truth be told... IT WAS SUPER HOT ON THOSE SEGWAYS! Not much of the tour was in the shade... I definitely would have rther done a park tour. I m sure that I would have loved the segway tour at epcot better. I like learning about the parks and getting inside info and the fw tour was just boring... riding around in the hot sun! it was the least favorite activity we did.

Tell us more about the jetski tour! I'm doing it next month. Do they let you take a camera? (It's waterproof, not to worry.)
