Premium Package F&W Festival

I've called Disney to ask for details about the preminum package during the food and wind festival and they seem to be completely clueless. Our main question is if it is $199 for one day or if it is for the duration of the visit. The CM on the phone said it is Monday through Thursday with the night party being Monday and Thursday night. It does include a lot of awesome incentives, but for two of us I want to make sure we can get $400 worth if its only for one day. Thanks a lot to anyone who has any information!
