The Pepper Market counts as a Counter Service meal and is the best value, IMO, of any of them. We stayed at CSR and ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the PM. For breakfast, we really liked the omlettes or the breakfast platters (about $7). We would pay OOP for the kids Mickey waffles and then split our 2 OJs that came with our Adult meals between all of us. No dessert was included at breakfast. I ate lunch there once and had my favorite, the Grilled Tuna ($16). I accepted the regular side (usually veggies and fries or baker) each time, so I never tried to add a different side. My guess is that the PM would resist something like a side salad added to the regular meal, so don't count on them "thinking outside the box". We also ate dinner there more than once. My DH loved the Tuna and the Steak dinner ($19). I had Pizza once ($11 for a special one) that could have easily fed two of us and we are what I consider "hearty" eaters, LOL! You can only get a cookie or muffin for "dessert" at lunch and dinner. However, we were always so stuffed that we picked muffins, put them in a waxed bakery bag, and saved them for breakfast the next day.
The one thing I don't like about the PM is that it takes a long time for you to get your food. Everything is made fresh for you, so I found the food to be good and hot. But ... my DH's Tuna was done before my Pizza, so we ate at different times to avoid letting someone's food get cold.
