You have to book the upper or lower veranda specifically, so you may want to call back to confirm which one you booked. Those are the only two premium casabella areas you can book in advance. The third is the executive lanai, which would be more expensive and I think it would be more clear if that's the one you reserved. Its the largest space and in a different area than the upper and lower verandas.
I think both the upper and lower veranda would hold 4-6 people, however there is only seating for 4 in the upper. The upper has two 2-seater lounges with canopies, an umbrella, and cocktail tables. I don't recall how many the lower veranda seats, but it's slightly larger and I believe slightly more expensive. DH and I booked the upper veranda just for us and we weren't happy with it (details in my trip report in my signature). For us, it was way off the beaten path, far from the pool and restrooms, shaded, and too quiet/secluded for us. That said, we were there during a slow time of year so pool chairs were easier to come by. I do think the the area would be ideal for those there during a busy time or for larger groups like yours.
