We are contemplating "spreading out" during our next trip to WDW (likely not til 2002), and would really appreciate your thoughts on renting from Premier Vacation Homes.

While we said we'd "never" stay offsite again, our next trip may include a couple of friends of our children, so we'll need more room. Additionally, after visiting WDW a number of times, we don't feel the necessity to obtain early entry (only used it once during our last vacation).

We've had good experiences with the condo units we've rented on both east and west coasts, and would like to hear your past experiences with Premier Vacation Home rentals, including your thoughts about staying off property.

Thanks - hope I get lots of info from this request!

Hi! We stayed in a Premier home this past Jan/Feb for 10 nights. We had a 4 bedroom home in Indian Ridge Oaks. It was fabulous! 10-15 minutes to WDW (with the construction on 192). I could not recommend this option more. Having our own pool, kitchen, extra bathroom made all the difference.

Check out www.pr-vacation.com for more info.

We rented a house from them a year ago and can't tell you how great they are. The house was in mint condition and we had pleanty of room for ten people. We had one minor problem and they sent someone over within 15 minutes to take care of it. I have stayed both on and off site and enjoyed having the house the most.

If you book from Premier Homes, is there any way you can tell what house you are going to get? Looks like their website is being revamped, and the only photos are rather generic. Do they send you a pamphlet or anything which describes or shows the house you rent? Do they provide maps?

Also are all supplies supplied (ie toilet tissue, soap, etc.) or do they just supply a starter amount?

Thanks again.
