Premier Pass HHN ticket question

Hello all. First off. ONLY 24 MORE DAYS TIL HHN!!!!

Okay, now that I got that out of my system, here's my question.

The free ticket we recieved from the Premier Pass, has anyone had that upgraded to a FFP? I know last year a few people said they did it, but I'm just wondering if anyone has done it yet this year and what it entails.

I called Passholder Hotline, cause that would be a great option for me. But the rep told me no you can't upgrade your free coupon.

If anyone else hears anything else please let me know.

Rather than the AP hotline, call 407-224-4233 and choose the option "to speak to a Guest Service representive." They would be the ones who give the upgrade (if possible) not the annual pass department.

Thank you so much Phatom for the number. But after they transferred me around a couple times, they confirmed that because it's a complimentary ticket it cannot be upgraded. Lets hope I can drag someone with me (Sun-Thurs) so it doesn't go to waste.

I thought Inkognito upgraded her's last year? I could be wrong but I could swear she did.

Sorry to take so long to jump in. We're currently on a Disney cruise and I had some extra internet minutes so I hopped over here. We have upgraded the free ticket for the past two years to FF and were planning to do it again this year. Last year, they were very confused about how much credit to give us for it but eventually figured it out. I will be pitching a big fit this year if they have changed the policy. It's to their advantage to allowed a paid upgrade because then they potentially get more money out of you for food and drinks on the return night. It wouldbe crazy if they stopped that.

I was thinking you were the one that said you did it last year. I agree with the fact that at least they would be getting something more out of us if they let us do it. If you plan on doing it soon, can you please let me know how it goes? I'm really hoping that it will happen. Thanks in advance.
