Pregnant, need to change Disney dates

We have a trip planned for this September, but I just found out I'm pregnant. I feel like we should probably cancel our trip because it's the fiscally responsible thing to do (we have a high-ish deductible and will probably have to meet it twice since the baby won't be due till after the start of next year). I was thinking, though--we were planning on going next year (probably in September again) with my whole family. Is there any way we could just move our trip date to then so that we would still have our deposit down? Will they charge a change fee or anything like that? Thanks!

It might depend on when you booked. I am no expert though, we booked and then changed our dates within the same week with no penalty fees at all. Are they booking Sept 2015 already though?

I believe they book 499 days out

You can book 499 days out. As long as you change everything before the 45 day mark you will be good. We had a trip booked for christmas of 2012 and then ended up changing the dates to may of 2013. They just changed the dates and put any money we had on the reservation towards the new dates.
