We went when I was in various stages of pregnancy and enjoyed all of the trips. I went while in my first trimester on up to almost seven months pregnant. I also worked up until the day that I gave birth so I at least while at WDW I was actually enjoying myself.
There is actually a lot to do while pregnant and for people that are used to going full-speed through the parks going while pregnant makes them slow down and really enjoy all of the little things and the extra details around WDW. Going while pregnant can also be a good way to practice for traveling with an infant or toddler - you learn where all of the restrooms are, you are a little limited with what you can ride, you learn where the nice and relaxing sit down spots are and it could be the last time you go to WDW without any kids for a long time. Of course I am just speaking from personal experience and what my own opinions on it are.
