Someone told me that if you are pregnant you can get a VIP fastpast to prevent long lines due to frequent bathroom trips.

Despite looking for this, I can't find any information on it. Is this something that they really give out, or is it just a rumor?

Thanks

Okay, I did some research on this since it caused such a commotion, and apparently DW Orlando does not have this service, only DL Paris. I was just trying to look out for my sis, who will be 8 mo. preggo when we go to DW. Just trying to help her anyway that I can. Thanks for all the answers, but I don't appreciate the rude ones.

No. You have been told a tall tale.

Someomne lied to you, flat out. Such a thing does not exist for anyone except some make a wish kids. There is a GAC for those with a disability that makes waqiting in line diffcult that allows them to wait and alternate area, but no one is supposed to be allowed to skip the lines.

Oh my but that had me in stitches. I really hope the person who told you that was just trying to pull your leg. Best advice for going to Disney pregnant is to just take things slow and drink plenty.

Being pregnant is NOT a disability. I don't know why so many people treat it that way. Heck I was 9 months pregnant with twins and didn't slow down. I stood and walked even....I also had a 2yo to take care of. ;)

:rotfl::lmao::rotfl2:

Nope, pregnant women get to enjoy the lines with everyone else...only FP avail is the regular FP everyone else can get.

I got a VIP pregnancy fast pass for my last trip! Allowed me to get to the front of the line (my entire party--all 10 of us). We didn't have to wait in any lines! Got to walk up at last minute to where we wanted to sit for parades and those people had to move. We didn't have to wait in line for buses, monorails or in line for counter service restaurants. We didn't have any ADR's and had no trouble walking up showing the 'golden VIP pregnancy pass' and getting seated.

Don't tell but I really wasn't pregnant...just wore loose shirts and told them I never showed! They had no trouble and said I didn't need doctors note or anything! Thought this was a well kept secret but guess not! :lmao::lmao:

Sorry...had to do that! :laughing::laughing:

Pregnancy is not a disability and therefore shouldn't be treated as one. Only those with legit mental or physical disabilities should get the assistance they need.

OP enjoy trip....

I've been to WDW during two pregnancies. I neither wanted nor required a VIP pass. It was way easier to do Disney pregnant than to do Disney with two kids in tow. :lmao:

It would be nice if there was a bathroom fastpass for pg ladies on crowded days for the bathroom perhaps, but otherwise, I agree that there's no reason for one.

I wouldn't understand why a fastpass would be needed for someone who is pg. I have young kids. Maybe I could get a VIP fastpass because the youngest can't go long without needing a bathroom. And he has trouble waiting in line.

Plus, if you're pg, aren't there a lot of rides you can't go on - with many of them being the longest wait lines anyway?

If you can't wait in line at WDW because you're pregnant, you shouldn't be there at all. JMO.

Hehehe DH asked me if we could get a disability card since I'll be 28 weeks when we go. I told him no you can't get one for something your body is supposed to do anyway hehe. I would have been surprised if someone said yes to your answer but I'm glad you asked it :)

Yes I am sure I will want a bathroom fastpass!!

WOW that is a first. Seriously disney would not give you a vip pass for being pregnant when most of the rides have warnings for pregnant women. So no that just wouldnt work out. No we dont want you on the rides but here is a pass so you dont have to wait in line.

First, op I'm sorry someone lied to you - no pg fast pass.

However, it seems like some posters think that being pregnant is no big deal and are being a little rude. If pregnancy was no big deal for you that's great. Others of us had a much harder time. I threw up every single day for 7 months. I was severely dehydrated because even WATER triggered my nausea. Prescription anti nausea medicine was all that would get me thru a workday, but I still got sick. I was insanely swollen from 4 months on - couldn't wear any shoes but flip flops! I had no strength to do anything the last few months and I was using the motorized carts at the grocery store the last few weeks.

We have been to Disney tons of times, and didn't go on our planned trip while i was pg because we knew I couldn't do it, but that's not an option for everyone. Some women are probably deserving of a gac while pg! Just like people keep saying yu shldnt judge someone in a wheelchair that you think looks healthy, please don't assume all pg women feel the same way you did.

But if you're having a difficult pregnancy, why would you stress you and your unborn baby by being at Disney and standing in a line in the first place?

When I was pregnant enough to need frequent bathroom breaks, I wouldn't have even entertained going to WDW. Of course, I'm old and gray headed; maybe things are different now....

Well, people with difficult pregnancies probably should not be going to Disney then.

As for the part I bolded, NOT going to Disney when pregnant is an option everyone has. Believe it or not, going to Disney is neither mandatory nor necessary.

Agreed. The trip I took to Disney while 30 weeks pregnant was much easier than the trip I took with my 9 month old daughter. Just saying.
