Preferred Viewing Area for Parades

I will be taking the Welcome to Disneyland Resort Tour which comes with preferred viewing for a parade or a show. Since I already booked a vacation package with preferred viewing for the shows, I would like to use the perk for the Mickey's Sensational Parade.

Does anyone know where the preferred viewing area for the DL parade is? Is it the same area as the VIP viewing area for the Holiday Tour near IASW?
