Preferred site in April... Bring our canopy?

We'll be staying on a preferred site from April 13-22 and we're wondering if we should bring our canopy (the EZ-up kind)

Last time we were not on a preferred site and it was pretty shady, so we didn't even need it, but this time we requested to be near the marina and I'm not sure what those sites look like.

Thanks, just trying to avoid extra baggage in the TT.

We stayed in loop 200 in March for the first time. The biggest difference I could tell is that the sites in loop 100 & 200 seemed to be a closer together. We had some shade. Do you have a awning? We did use the awning. If you don't have a awning you may want to bring it because its warming up. It was the first time for us to camp that close to the Marina. I enjoyed being closer to Pioneer Hall, Crockets Travern. Have Fun!!!

Yes, we do have an awning. We really won't be at the site all that much, so that's why I'm wondering if I even want to bother.... Maybe I'll leave it up to DH
