We are planning a trip to DL Mar 20-23. One of the must sees is Aladdin the Musical at DCA. Since this is probably a busy time of year , should we book a DL package in order to get preferred seating, or is it possible to see without the preferred seating. This would be the only feature of the package that we would use......

Thanks,

Janice

No.... It is not necessary. The VIP reserved coupon lets about 100 people enter first. But, it is a large theater and holds about 1,800 seats. There are plenty of good seats available if you show up early and wait about 30 - 45 minutes.

I really don't think there is a bad seat in the house. And the packages usually cost you hundreds more than bookins seperately. For that money, you could go to the park and extra day!

We went a lot and only had preferred seating once, we did not feel we needed it. :) You will be fine without it.

I found that Aladdin was the only one of the preferred seating vouchers that was at all useful, but I wouldn't pay a ton of extra money for it.

So I won't bother booking a package then...

Thanks for your responses, it was very helpful.....this is what I love about Disboards!
