Preferred Pet Loops??

OK, I have been reading all over and just want to see if what I have picked up is right, from what I am gathering there are three "preferred"pet loops. These are 300, 1600 & 1800. Is that right? And if so, is 300 where I want to try to be?

300 is a preferred pet loop, 1600 & 18900 are full hookup pet loops. So, 300 is for you. We have stayed there many times, love the dog walk and the dog park being so close by.

No, there are three preferred loops: 100, 200 & 300. Of these only 300 is assuredly a pet loop, and that's 300. I say it that way because Disney has not made an official announcement about which loops are pet loops since the renovations. And, pets have been seen in all loops at one time or another... but historically 300 was a pet loop and 100 and 200 were not, and no changes were made in these loops during the renovation so it is unlikely their classification changed. 1600 and 1800 are Full hookup loops (along with 1700 and 1900). If you have a Preferred reservation you will be in 100-300 and if you pay your pet surcharge you will almost certainly be placed in 300 unless it is booked up.

We stay in 300 all the time unless we get an upgrade to premium by using our annual passes then we move to 500. Both are great. 300 is probably our favorite and we always request along the canal. So far we are granted our wish.
