1. There is no seating for WOC. There is only standing.

2. Except for the newly opened un-reserved area in the far back by the new LM ride, all standing sections are reserved. The dining package gets you a preferred viewing area. So, what exactly are you asking about? Better yet, maybe you should read the WOC Superthread and then you will have a better idea of what questions to ask:
