I just booked an AP rate for HRH- yay! Will be going. May 11-14. Have already bought UT tix for my sons, still need to buy my AP. can I buy ( and activate) AP when we check into HRH ? Can I redeem the UT vouchers for my sons' park tickets at HRH ? We will not be going to the parks until 5/12- just would
Ike to get tix bought and activated before then if possible. TIA!

Undercover tourist doesn't usually send vouchers, they send real tickets. Are you sure what you've got is a voucher? If it is you need to go to the park guest services to get your tickets.

I don't believe you can buy annual passes at the hotel but you can pick them up at the kiosk at the hotel if you have ordered one online and have asked for kiosk pick up.

Activation of tickets and annual passes occurs when you actually just go through the gate and the ticket is scanned. There is no special practice for activation.

Yes I had to have the same credit card I bought it with to get my AP at the Kiosk.

On a related note.. we've lost our Universal AP's
I've been looking for them for days! 2 birth certificates are missing too so I have a sneaking suspicion I tossed out an important envelope with all of this stuff

However, due to the FABULOUS advice on this board I have a photocopy of the backs of all of our tickets so it shouldn't be too hard to replace them.
I mention this all to tell you to photocopy those AP's! You never know when you'll need it!

Correct...tickets are good from activation at the gate...not date of purchase.

You don't activate vouchers...they are exchanged for actual tickets. It's always a good idea to have your credit card with you and if you purchase online and pick up at the kiosk, you must have your credit card and confirmation number used for the transaction.

If you are ordering your AP online for pickup at the kiosks, you will just get an number to use at the kiosk---it isn't a voucher. You put in your credit card, enter the number and out will pop your AP.

Remember to show that AP at every restaurant and gift shop. The savings really add up!
