Preeclampsia? Any had it?

Cats - do you have an update for us? I hope you received good news at the Dr. :goodvibes

I did receive good news. I was having vision troubles (seeing spots and losing sight in one eye periodically) which is also a symptom of preeclampsia.
Turns it it is a combination of pressure of the baby on my venal cavity putting pressure on my retina and being borderine anemic..
They said it should be "cured" when I have the baby in February. So - until then I just have to deal with the vision troubles.
I am just thankful that it is not pre-eclampsia. THank you to all for your posts and good luck to every one who has to deal with this or other pregnancy difficulties! :goodvibes

GREAT news ... sorry about your vision issues! Hopefully, the time will fly by and you will be seeing a healthy baby in Feb! :)

I had it with my twins. My blood pressure kept creeping up, and I was put on modified bedrest at about 32 weeks. At my 36 week checkup I had 3+ protein in my urine, got admitted, and when my labs came back I was informed I'd be having babies that night!

Mag Sulfate is a vile, evil thing, but a necessary vile, evil thing. My twins were 5 lb 8oz and 5 lb 3 oz and healthy so all's well that ends well I guess!

They're 21 months now and wear me out!
