So....whatcha got? 👀 What kind of incentive changes do you think we'll see for the next round after Dec 11?

Big changes to Poly? 🤞

I predict no substantive changes at Poly or any of the other actively selling resorts.

I am curious what of the “sold out” resorts come back with incentives next cycle, if any.

Would love a fire sale on Aulani but I know that isn’t happening.

You really don't think they'll do a better Welcome Home or MB offer?
I am far from the expert, but dues just dropped by nearly 4%, I think that is going to feel somewhat like a fire sale in itself. But there may not be any price per point incentive changes (or any bigger ones), but could add other incentives (WH or MB). I just don't see why they would if its selling pretty good & it just got better.

I think Disney is doing a deep dive into their sales data and is currently working on those projections for the next quarter. It depends on how they view their projections, but I imagine these annual dues stats only help their strategy to keep prices similar to where they are now. I, for one, would be very surprised if they increased incentives.

How do you know the dues dropped by 4% for Poly? I haven’t seen the dues for BLT yet.

Most potential buyers won’t have an idea that dues dropped.

I suspect The Cabins at Fort Wilderness will get a fire sale. Sales data there appears to be horrible, and I'm sure ~$30 off will rope some suckers in.

I'm starting to wonder if there's any pressure on Disney to sell more Riviera contracts. December 16th is the hotel's 5 year anniversary, and they're still not sold out. It may be a convenient excuse to run a bigger-than-usual promotion. On the other hand, I'm sure Disney is perfectly content renting the rooms at $800/night.

I am not expecting a better price on Poly Tower, in fact my guess is price goes up. CFW likely to have better incentives or those cabins will remain unsold forever. Hoping to see a fire sale on a 2042 resort. YMMV!
