Prebook Rainforest room day pass

I have a Dream 4 night cruise next week and am wondering if single day passes can be prebooked or prepurchased. Pre Covid I would call to order the passes though I couldn’t specify the day. On the site it will allow prebooking of length of cruise passes but there is no listing for 1 day. Also when I call the Disney Cruise Line number it says they have to many calls and aren’t taking calls. Pretty crazy that there’s not even a callback system.

Day passes still cannot be pre booked (since COVID) as of last week. They only offer on board towards the end of sailings, if at all.
