Hi everyone! I'm still fairly new to DISboards and I love reading everyone's Pretrip / Post Trip Reports!

So... I decided to do my own pre trip report for our upcoming fall WDW vacation.

I've been to Disney 4 times now and am obsessed and consider myself rather fluent in all things Dis.

BUT during this trip I will be bringing along three other people who have NEVER been before (Shocking I know....:confused3). Two of the other attendee's are children, all past the toddler stage thankfully .
Our trip is from Oct.31- Nov 3rd :)

So I'm looking for any suggestions and info (How were the crowds during these days? We are planning on AVOIDING EPCOT since the F&W fest is going on and figure the kids could kind of care less about that.) from all of you fellow Disney Lovers!

We are staying at one of the All Star Resorts since we plan on not spending too much time in the room :) ( I also just love all of the resort and could be sleeping in a box in WDW for all I care) .

Thanks everyone!:yay:

Sounds all good for vacation, depending on how old the kids are, it would be tragic for them not to hit Epcot and feel the speed of Test Track, and the imagination of Figment. I have never there that time of the year but I wouldn't not goto a park because of some things. Just be prepped and ready for.

The last time our family was at Disney the kids were 8 and 6 but they are now 12 and 10 and we are hitting Epcot in a different way and we will see more shows then we did last time especially in Epcot.

Your other interesting thing you might want to know is that Disney's Not so Scary Halloween will be going on on Oct 31st and Nov 1st. So the park closes early those days(7pm) and reopens with a separate admission to go back in.

Our family also just uses the hotel as a place to sleep and get dressed. Nothing more is needed from them. We enjoy each of the All Star Resorts. We only use Disney Transport for Magic Kingdom because the rest of the parks it seems faster for us just to drive. Generally we had issue with the slowness of the transportation so we just decided to start driving to most parks. Hope my thoughts help.
