My homework is caught up for the next two weeks and already e-mailed to my professor!

Also, I went to Wal-Mart, and decided I needed a fanny pack, which is better than a man-purse, but only slightly.

Make about 250 hazelnut Belgian dark chocolate truffles and about 10 pounds of chicken marsala for Saturday's tasting event.

Belgian dark chocolate truffles sound HEAVENLY!!!

So, now I have a more refined itinerary.

lol I think it is the talking with someone about the coming trip that really triggers the excitement! But as well all know, half the fun is the planning!

And so glad to know that grandma is backing on for lunch. That is great news! I'm not sure if I will stop by before your trip... so god bless and have a wonderful smooth traveling and hope you find lots of pixie dust!

About a half-hour ago, my cell phone rang, and it was a lovely CM from the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

She was just calling to confirm my reservation for JIKO Monday night.

That's just crazy-and fabulous customer service.

She told me to have a magical day!

That really made my day.

O.K. everybody, this is probably the end of the pre-trip report unless I get a minute at the airport hotel tonight and they have internet access in the business center. I'm not taking the laptop with me, and a Blackberry, to me is something best served with sugar and slightly whipped cream.

I am taking my cell phone, though.

Alright, the final update...

It was really cold and snowy here yesterday, so I didn't get the car washed again...but maybe today.

Last night, I managed to get my apartment cleaned-so no coming home to a dirty place.

I didn't load the luggage last night because of the snow and cold, so, I am staring at it now, and when I'm through with this post, It is going in the car.

I had an email this morning from Continental Airlines, asking me to check in online, so I did.

I have to go to work in a minute to get ready for my tasting event today. Look for my Post Trippie to begin in about 10 days.
