ONLY 13 DAYS TO GO!!!

Finally finished with the leaves yesterday!! :yay:

... and picked up the camcorder tapes at Target last night ... Do you think 4 is enough - each one holds 60 minutes of WDW ...? Last time I shot about 3.5 hours ... hmmmmm ... [think I answered my own question ... :rolleyes1

DD just tried on her "princess snow gown" that she (hopefully ....) will be wearing to the Dec 9 MVMCP ... just wait until you see her!! princess:

We're planning to watch Alice in Wonderland tonight - provided the DD doen't have another dinner-time melt-down ... don't you love those!?! :rotfl2:

My plan is to finish my AK summary guide and touring plan today: do you think the DD and DW will cooperate and let me have the computer for an hour or so today? :confused3

Oh I cant wait to see the princess snow gown!! It is so hard not knowing what the weather is going to be. You cant really plan what you are wearing when, because of that. I am making some cute sweatshirts for us all. My DH says when are we going to wear those...I said I dont know I guess when it is cold enough to wear them we will wear them!! :lmao:

I didn't get the chance to finish my AK stuff yesterday ... but the DW is working and the DD is in school - so that's my morning project!!

We watched Alice in Wonderland last night for the first time - that is one CRAZY movie!!! :rotfl2:

Danielle liked it - even though I'm sure she didn't "get" most of it ... :idea:

[not that I "got" it either!! :rotfl:

]

So now we'll keep our eyes out for Alice, the Mad hatter, etc. in WDW ...

I was just surfing the WDW web site, and need some opinions:

Our first night in WDW we're going to Chef Mickey's - and then the plan was to jump on the monorail (haven't ridden it in years - DD never) and tour the resorts ...

However, I noticed Spectromagic is scheduled for that Saturday night - and we've never seen it either.

... and we'll be at the Grand Floridian on Dec 9 anyway ...

... but it's "Tradition!!!" not to go to a park until we've seen the MK "welcoming ceremony" ...

What should we do??? :confused3

I think I would stick with your original plan, as they say the TV christmas parade is taping that day and MK is sure to be PACKED!!

Yes, I would stick with your monorail tour. I would rather hit my big toe with a hammer than see Spectro on a Saturday night after a parade taping. It is SURE to be wall-to-wall on Main Street.

The DD and I watched Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas last night (recorder from the Disney Channel ...) She must have liked it, cuz she said she wants to watch it again on Christmas!!

The DW is starting to get a tad interested in the trip - she mentioned "We're leaving a week from Saturday - and I haven't done anything!!" :scared1:

Tomorrow we break out the luggage - not to pack, but to see if we need to borrow anything from my Mom ...

I'm going to hold off on packing until - maybe - Sunday - and we have a better idea of what the weather might be ...

Hi there!!

We just got a call from Vicki's cousin Claire: she spilled the beans to Grace about going to Cindy's Castle for lunch ... :sad2:

... and despite Grace's previous exclamations that she would kill to go there ... she now wasn't all that excited ... :confused3

So - I'm going to call Friday and knock 3 more off the ressie ...

To think, I started with an ADR for 9 at Cindy's Castle - one of the toughest tickets in town ... :headache:

... and I'll be down to just the DW, DD, and me ...

However, before I do that - if any 3 of my faithful readers (or their ever-lovin' companions ...) will be in the MK on December 7 and want to take Claire & Co.'s places for lunch around 12 ... let me know before Friday ...

Until Single-Digit Day ...
