Pre-Trip Planning: Danielle's 2008 WDW Christmas Adventure

OK folks - we're rapidly approaching hour
22!!!
I got the Mousekeeping and Bell Services tip envelopes together last hour ... used the "to/from" holiday gift tags I got for free from the Disney Movie Club ... and Danielle has a tablet with a few hundred Mickey & Co. holiday stickers she can use to "personalize" each envelope ...
It's that time now - the bathtub is ready ... I'm ready ... but the BIG question is: Is Ranger ready?!?
Cuz it's BATH TIME!!
Time to get wet ... (and I ain't talkin' 'bout the dog ...)

Anybody out there reading this???
Just printed out instructions, emergency phone #s, etc. for the cat and fish sitter ... Hopefully, the cat won't have a hankering for "seafood" while we're gone ...
Ranger has his bath - so he's all set for his week at the "doggie resort" ... I think he's a little depressed, cuz he got a bath - so he knows something is up ...
The key to giving a 70 lb border collie/sheperd a bath is to not let them "shake" ...
... and I was pretty successful at that ... Actually, he likes baths - jumps right into the tub ...
... but there's nothing like the smell of wet dog in the morning!!
Time for an early lunch (leftovers ...)
And then it's off to Pet Smart, the bank, the Christmas Tree Store, Target (maybe), and the Dollar Tree ...
BTW - anyone have any suggestions on how to cram a 6-foot Doug-fir into a suitcase!?!
So - I will probably miss my hour 20 check-in ...
... but I'm sure you'll survive ...

You are too funny checking in hourly!! I have been having a busy day!! Now for a quick check and then back to work!! In less than 24 hours we will be at WDW!!

So what have I been doing the last 2+ hours?
PACKING!!
Almost done with myself and the DD ... the DW is on her own ... and I'm just waiting for the ... to hit!!
Another load of (I'm out of sox!! )
... load up the bubbles!! (a must have at WDW!!) ...
... and the a little more organizin' ...
... and at some point (I'll let you know!! ) I'll me slapping that ME tape on the luggage!!

Are you going to stay up all night doing the countdown!! I am ready to go, just waiting till 700 am to leave for the airport, getting ready to order pizza for dinner and take our baths. I even have our clothes for the am all laid out and ready!!

In 12 HOURS we will be sitting on the plane waiting for takeoff!! Had to run tonight to get medicine for a horrible sore throat. I did get the packing done for DD, DS and myself. DH is on his own. Everything is checked and double checked.

We're back!!
We got in at 1:15 am ... Worked out very well taking the late flight from MCO to ACY ...
Very nice trip - but I'm still working on a title for the forthcoming TR ... (while also thinking about our next trip ...)

Anyway, you get the idea ... (and I need a nap!!)
We have 160 Photopass photos, over 600 personal photos, and about 6 hours of video to go through ...
Also - we experienced some "WDW Magic" about 1/2 hour ago ... you won't believe this story ...
So stay on the edge of your seats - the TR will be coming soon!!
