Pre-trip pages

Great layouts!! Really cute. I'm afraid to do pages ahead of our trip since I'm such an amateur with the camera. I would probably get pics that would not work with the mat already there. :rolleyes1 :dance3:

Anyway, have a great trip! pixiedust:

Since I've never made pre-made pages, but I am overly anxious to get started, I made sure that the pictures will fit by looking back at other layouts. All my pictures are the same size normally. Plus I made the mats bigger, so I can double mount if need be. Another thing, I used repositionable runner for the mats so they can be moved of tweaked if they have to be. :thumbsup2

Great LOs, the castle is really amazing. I'd be too afraid to make paper pages prior to going, scared I'd not have enough or too many pics of each topic. :lmao:

I know what you mean. I figured, if I don't have enough pictures (Is that possible? ;) I will just tweak the layouts. If too many I will be forced to make a flip album where the mats are and tweak the pages a bit LOL

Thanks for the wonderful comments!
I pre-made a few pages with itinerary details and one for dining plans. If I can figure out how to blank out my ADR #'s and dates I will post them :lmao: I don't want my dinner plans changed.. kwim? haha

Beautiful pages! The castle is gorgeous and I really love the Minnie page too. Now that I've been checking out all the great pages you all are doing on this thread, I'm really getting inspired to start my album. Thank you so much! :goodvibes

The castle was easy and I should have given credit to the site where I obtained the pattern. http://scrapbooking.about.com/library/weekly/blcastle.htm
I did cut out all the pieces and put them together, but I had to modify it..maybe because of the colors I used because, well...it looked like a sand castle when I had finished :lmao: and I just wasn't happy. So I added the flags, the front enterance and the oval in the front to of it. It takes up a 12x12 page printed out with no size made to the original.

Thanks! I'll check it out. :)

Front page of the main album...
This picture was obtained from the Dis board as a t-shirt design. Thanks to 'Baloo' The picture was printed reversed and I didn't want to waste it.

Itinerary page. I will have to re post when our trip is over because it does take away from the page with the details blanked out. But I couldn't resist posting anyway. Plain and simple...but I think it's good inspiration for if you need to get the itinerary on the page quickly.

Our dinner reservations...
This page has a printed strip down the side that shows our ADR's Date: Restaurant: Where located: Time: and ADR #:. I used a Mickey Mouse punch and used aluminum foil behind the paper for the design.

Too cute!!! You have given me some real inspiration for our own album (I have my 2004 album to start!) as well as my friends' kids who are going for their first trip in November!!! I'll have to get their books started.. plus I'm making autograph books for them!!! :)

Thanks for sharing!!!

Thanks! What wonderful ideas and suggestions. I'm sure I'll try that. Sometimes I think of a layout that I want to do for an upcoming trip and I usually just sketch it but now I'll actually design it and wait for the pics. Plus this lets me know what pics I need to take - you're awesome!!! :goodvibes

P.S. I just saw your anniversary page and LOVED IT. My DH and I are going in June for our 25th Anniv. so I may scraplift that idea - too cute!!

Very cute ideas! Especially like your iternary page (NEVER thought of that!) and the foil behind the cut outs!

Thanks for sharing!

Disneytwins

I love your pages! Very very cute. Where did you get the font for your letters? They are very Disney looking.

The first page (anniversary) and the park maps page is printed using the Waltograph font. Most of the other letters are done using the Cricut machine and some are clear stickers.

Which catridges do you have for your Cricut? I sure can't wait until the Disney cartridges come out!

I am so inspired! Thank you!
