Pre registration for kids clubs?

I saw this on how to make your check-in easier, but I don't see how I can register my children for the clubs in advance. Can anyone help?

a-ha! My children are too old. Since DD is Vibe age and DS is Edge aged, I don't need to pre-register them. Thanks!
