Pre registering for DAS

I will be needing a das on our Christmas 2023 trip. Last time I was at Disneyland the line for guest services was about two hours long.

First, how do I pre register and when can I do this. Finally if I do then do I still have to go to Guest services?

You can go through a video live chat. https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/disability-access-service/register/

It took me about an hour including wait for the CM. You do not have to go through guest services again if you have done that.

Preregistering online is really simple. Follow the link above. It needs to be done 30 days to 2 days before your trip.

I've had it take 4 hours and I've had it take 2 hours to get registered.

Worth it because you can pre select two attractions for each day of your trip

Thanks. I knew the list was fairly short but I forgot that so few are ones my son will ride.

Also, beware that they only have a couple times to choose from for each ride for each day. A lot of them didn't work with our schedule so we probably won't be using most of them. I'd count on using actual das when you get there and focus less on the preselections.

Yeah, that's what we did last time. I did book 2 per day but several we didn't use. It was nice sometimes when the ride would be down because I think we'd get some passes to use on any ride. (Unless I"m remembering incorrectly.)

been over 3 hours so far sitting and waiting I hope i dont go the whole day and never get thru wont be a happy camper. just try to keep my eyes glued to my phone while trying to work

Dang! That sucks. It took me about 45 minutes a few weeks ago.

I thought I was doing so well getting in right at opening on Saturday but I didn't know I had to respond to several yes/no questions, log out of my app, etc. at 9:03 I got through and had a 50-minute wait. Oh well.

They're definitely tighter than WDW but I get it, there are abuses. So just mentioning my primary issue got me nowhere, but the moment I mentioned my diagnosis in passing (saying my primary issue is not my only issue), I was golden.
