Pre-Reception Entertainment

Hey ladies (and gents)!

I was wondering if anybody had any entertainment during their Pre-reception or cocktail hour??? I was thinking of doing something like a barbershop quartet (does Disney even offer these?) or even just a guitarist to set the mood. If you did have any entertainment I have these questions for you!

1-What did you have?
2-How much did it cosy?
3-Would you recommend it?

Well, I haven't had my wedding yet but like we booked a DJ, he will be playing music that we requested (Jazz/Disney) during the cocktail hour ($1400 for 5hrs)

But are your cocktail hour and reception in the same room? Mine are in two different rooms at the Grand Floridian. We will have a DJ for the reception but I don't expect him to be at the cocktail hour and then move his stuff to the reception.

True, we are having our cocktail hour at the Whitehall Patio and then everyone will move into the Whitehall Ballroom but I would ask your planner because if you are on a budget I think that money can go somewhere else (like your pocket,lol).
