Pre Plated?

On all the Disney info sites Pre Plated meals are considered All you care to eat.

I am just wondering are the pre plated meals all you can eat or what?

From what the website says, it appears that the list that they show are all you care to eat. The ones that they show are mostly the buffet and family style. There are numerous restaurants on property that are "pre-plated" that are not all you can eat.
