Pre-paying tips and OBC

This may be a silly question, but if I want to pre-pay tips and add dollars to our account before sailing, can I do it online through the "make a payment" link or do I have to call?

I have been asked when I book. I have added it later by phone. I’ve paid in advance by phone for each way. I thought I found an option online to add that and transportation. But memory’s not that great I could be wrong.

I've had to call it in. The 'make payment' link on the website seems to be only available for paying the cost of the cruise itself.

I usually purchase the Disney cards at Target (getting the 5% discount with my Target card) and prepay the excursions, tips and also a wedge of money for drinks, Palo/Remy and shopping. Every little savings helps!

I’ve been buying $500 gift cards from Sam’s Club for 474 and change and then get 1 to 3% back for my daughters college tuition for using my Upromise Master card.

You use the gifts and amenities order form to add additional OBC to your account but for pre-paying tips I would call. See the link below

The lower right hand side of the form has OBC amounts to add to your account.

I got the gift cards from Sam’s Club too. We also had told people Disney gift cards for Christmas gift suggestions. I called in to add them all to our account. I had quite a few gift cards. They are great on the phone.

There is a place to combine all your cards on line which can be so helpful when you have a bunch and somehow you get a refund on one of the cards for some port tax that was lower the day you arrived.

We had as refund due to port taxes lowering and I had Disney apply the refund to another cruise we were paying off. There was no problem doing it all. Yay! Free Money!
