pre pay dining plan???

We are members of the vacation club and are going to WDW in September. Is there a way to pre-pay for the dining plan????? Last time we were there we didn't pay for it until we checked in. I want to get as much fully paid before we leave........

Buy a Gift card in the amount of the plan.
They are suppose to allow prepay at some point

As of right now you still pay at check-in on a DVC reservation. The previous poster who suggested putting the cost on a gift card and using the gift card to pay upon check-in has hit upon what may be the only current way to pre-pay your DVC dining plan.

They've announced a changeover to paying when you book the plan, but it hasn't happened yet and there's no indication as to when it will happen.
