Pre-park opening reservations question

This is only our second trip...so I am still new here!

In August, we have reservations for Cinderella's Royal table at 8:10 am on a day the park opens at 9am.

We are staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins. Is there time for us to get there using bus transportation?
Scenario: If we actually were on time and caught the first internal bus at 6:40, then took at 7:00 bus to Wilderness Lodge, and then waited there for the bus to the Magic Kingdom, what time would we arrive?
I of course want to be sure to be there plenty early.

Any suggestions other than what I listed above?
Can anyone give me driving directions to the Magic Kingdom parking lot from Fort Wilderness?

From your cabin loop take the Purple(or Orange) Settlement bus, ride to Settlement and walk to the boat dock, get on the boat for CR(not MK it doesn't start early enough for your need), get off at CR then either walk to MK(it is a fairly long walk from the dock) or go up to the 4th floor and board the monorail for the trip around to MK. The whole trip, even if you have to wait for each leg should take 45min to an hour. Park buses for early meals don't run as often a regular hour buses so going to WL may or may not be faster depending on if you just miss the MK bus. If you do choose to go to WL instead of the boat to CR, board the ORANGE Settlement bus from your loop, after leaving Settlement it goes out to WL(saves you one transfer).

Sorry missed that the first time. Driving to MK from FW is longer than you think. Exit FW and turn right, go to next intersection and turn right, follow signs to Poly, go passed Poly, turn left at next intersection, follow signs to return to MK. I'm not sure if you actually have to go out passed main gate then back through or if you turn around before that. The point is, because FW is after maingate you have to go all the way around the parking lot then back in to get to the TTC.

The CR>WL>FW boat starts at 6:45am and will get you to the CR and MK easily with plenty of time. Just know that the boat circles clockwise FW>WL>CR>FW before 3pm and reverses after that.

Maggie,thanks for your helpful replies. I think we will plan to do the boat over to the monorail at the resort like you suggested. So excited already, and months to go!
