Pre Park Opening Dining

So is Pre Park Opening Dining a thing at DLR like it is at WDW? If so, which restaurants offer it and how does it interact with the MMs and MP?

Not really the same. You can't get in as far in advance of opening and you can't get up near the castle for photos.

Its not the same as the World, thankfully, far from it. Places open a bit before park opening, but they are like Starbucks DTD, WWS(Grand) etc
No real restaurants that I can think of

The Minnie and Friends character meal at the Plaza Inn start 50 mins before regular park opening on days when there is Early entry/Magic Morning. If they regular park opening is 8, they will let you in at 7 as soon as they start letting all the MM/EE folks in. So it is not the same as in the park isn't empty. It is, however, a great use of time if you don't have EE/MM. We love to get to the Plaza as soon as they let us in at 7. It doesn't get crowded for the first 15 mins or so and the early character interaction is great. And we are out and ready to hit the park and not stand in those awful lines at the gate at 8.
