When I made our ADRs, I'd clicked on "Use my dining plan to book pre-paid reservation." Will we still get a receipt and hand over a KTTW (I hope that's the right acronym!) to the server? Or do we just get a receipt since it's pre-paid?
We tip with cash, so whether or not we have to hand over a KTTW doesn't matter on that front. We just like to be prepared with a card when we're brought the check so we can hand it right back to the server, but if we don't actually need to use the KTTW, we'd rather keep them packed away so we don't misplace them.
