I thought I remember being able to pre-order the photopass cd. Did they discontinue this or does someone know how to do it?:confused3

You are asking at just the right time, too b/c the prepaid photopass authorization expires at 60 days, I think (and since you are going in 5 weeks-your signature- you should be just fine!).

Have a great time!!

Could you please clarify? Do you mean that in 60 days you will no longer be able to pre-order a photopass?

I ordered my photopass over the summer for a September trip and didn't have any problems? If you pay for it I would think they have to provide the service you bought?

No, it means that from the time you place a pre-order, you only have 60 days to upload your photos and get the CD mailed to you before the code they give you expires.

I think I ordered my code the week before we left.

If the code expires, you can just contact them for a new one. But that's a giant pain. Better to order the CD within 60 days of your trip

Really? Does it say this somewhere on the site? I don't remember this being the case.

I don't know if it was when you check out or in the confirmation email...my memory is so fuzzy sometimes. I just remember that I knew that the code was good for 60 days from the time of purchase, but like it was stated earlier, you can call and ask for an extension or a new code. :)

Your right. All you have to do is email them. We had a trip booked in December and had to cancel the day we were to fly out (we we're snowed in and the airline couldn't get us out) and I had preordered. I emailed them, and they just told me to email them again when we rebooked and they would give me a new code.
