Pre-ordering groceries to your accommodation

Probably a stupid question but if we are staying at saratoga springs and want a delivery - when it is delivered do they put it in your room? I was wondering what happens if you order milk, ice cream etc .... or do we have to guestimate what time we will be there????

I have only had the items delivered to a Disney hotel and they have kept them chilled and frozen for us. I picked a slot a few hours after our arrival and then just called down to see if it had arrived. Bell services delivered it ASAP.

We used Garden grocer and they were fab
