Pre-ordering at Be Our Guest

If I pre-order my lunch at Be Our Guest, what lines can I skip inside? Last time I was there, I didn't pre-order. I noticed that there were two lines of people waiting to order and one of the lines moved much more quickly than the other. The cast member was sending twice as many parties through from one line as the other. Was the quicker line the pre-order? It took us at least 20 minutes to get through our line just to order and I want to avoid that next time.

Yes, the quicker line is the pre-order line. In that line, The CM asks you if you want to make any changes, but you don't have to wait for everyone to look through the whole menu and make decisions.

Yes, pre-order line is to the left and you go directly to the CM at the desk to confirm and pay. It usually takes no more than 5-7 minutes, depending on how busy it is. There are two desks, so it moves quickly, unless someone has a problem with an order.

Thanks! We will definitely pre-order next time. I was so confused as to why they were letting so many more people through on the left. It was a really frustrating 20 minutes.

Don't forget to order your drinks. We did, but a very sweet cast member got us cups for our lunches.
