These have been announced but Disney won't confirm the dates for about a month.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party
November 29, 30, and December 2.

I will be at Tony's on November 30th for dinner before MVMCP. With the TOT ride on Thursday evening (which I do not want to miss), I have decided to attend MVMCP on Friday.

Anyone still interested? Send me a PM or email me. Thanks!

Last week WDW told me they won't have the confirmed dates for MVMCP and the CLP till July.

There is no group discount for these events. I have looked into maybe reserving in park dining at the MK for both nights of MVMCP during the convention for DISers that would like to go, anyone interested?

That's correct, Linda. These dates may change. Last year when they announced them they didn't have a date I wanted. When they "offically" confirmed the dates, they had changed and did include the date I wanted.

Regardless, they won't be available for purchase until early to mid-August.

We would definitely be interested in going.

Count me in, this is something I really would like to do as it is my first trip to WDW during the holiday festivities

Count us in!!! :bounce:

We definitely want to do this! And in-park dining before MVMCP is a grand idea!

Thanks guys. :D

We plan to do MVMCP and would love to do a DIS dinner beforehand. Count us in for 2 adults and 1 child.

One thing though: Tony's would not be my first choice. It's a nice place, don't get me wrong. It's just that I'm not a big fan of the bistro-type italian food they serve. I've only been there once in March for lunch. JMHO - YMMV. :)

My suggestion is to take over the Plaza restaurant for dinner that night: less expensive, better menu (IMHO) and a whole room to ourselves. Just my two cents. ;)

This sounds like something that we'd like to do as well. I need to really study the itinerary and see what we can manage. Gerri

We'd love to do both as well. That is if I can get reservations for the convention when it opens on the 15th. I didn't see the info earlier until everything was sold. Hope we can take part!!!

We'd like to do dinner. Liberty Tree would be our preference for a place.

I would love to do the dinner and MVMCP. It would be myself and two DD's. Linda, since we purchase these tix ahead of time,, will it be a problem signing up for the other night for the Fantasmic Dessert Party? If we pick the 29th for example, we would need the 30th for the Fantasmic event. Thanks!

We would love to do the MVMCP. And during the convention with a DIS group would be even better.

Even though the Fantasmic Dessert Party is on Nov. 29th and 30th, it looks like exclusive access to the Tower of Terror is ONLY on the 29th - is that correct?

Are all of the restaurants/eateries open for dinner before MVMCP...or just a select few?

I was wondering what the choices were.

Thanks. :D

I've never done Tony's for dinner. But, I've done Liberty Tree Tavern and that was marvelous. I love the idea of in park dining before MVMCP. You don't have to leave the park and can get "right to it" when dinner is done.

Being in the park for the beginning of the event - whatta concept! (we were kind of late getting there last year)

Liberty Tree sounds like an excellent idea - count us in!
