so many questions...
We'll have tics before arrival. Park opens at 9am but where do you line up to get in park? when should you arrive to be near front for Harry P? Do you get in early very often?

Anyone staying at the Universal Hotels has early access 1 hour prior to park opening and will be the first in line to HP. They check room keys as you go through the line. Not sure what time they let everyone else in but be there by 8:30 to be safe and the wait still shouldn't be too bad.
