Pre-Cruise ABD Short Escape - Affect Boarding Group?

Does taking an Adventures By Disney Short Escape before a Disney Cruise affect your boarding group? I heard they let the ABD guests register faster at the port (in the Concierge line?), but does that then affect which boarding group you are in? I'm sorry - I'm new to this. Also, I guess everyone who is going to the cruise gets transferred to the port together, regardless of your scheduled Port Arrival Time... so does your scheduled PAT even matter??

I am on the London Short Escape this September and have not heard that there is any priority boarding for ABD guests. However, I am a platinum and would be boarding group 1 anyway.

I did the Barcelona short escape this year everybody rides together to port and we were told use the concierge line , I was already concierge and the group was given boarding group 2 if I remember correctly, I boarded group 1
