We are cruising on Wonder's February 27th 4 Nighter. I paid our cruise in full last week a month before the balance was due. My TA has been told 3 different stories by 3 different CM's about pre-booking shore excursions. First she was told she could pre-book as soon as the balance was paid, then she was told 60 days in advance, then she was told 90 days in advance. One CM told her to call Monday morning which she did and not one single was available for the Personal Watercraft Eco Tour. She asked why and was told that it looked like some big groups had booked them. I called DCL to ask about my reservation number and also asked about this. I was told all of the above were true. HUH???? Then I was told that there was no such excursion on Castaway Cay and that I would have to wait to book a Waverunner by the hour upon arrival. HUH??? The CM transferred me to someone else and I explained my frustration. She indicated that we were returning cruisers and she would see what she could do and call me back. An hour later, she called to tell me that she booked us for 3 singles at 1:00 for the tour and had a confirmation sent within 3 minutes so I'm glad I checked into the matter but it just goes to show that DISer's sometimes and most times know more then CM's!
