We do it EVERY trip. You need to first call the resort and ask them their protocol. Then get the proper address and who to put the order attention to. It will definitely have your name on the label, but sometimes the resort might request you to write on there "Bell Desk" or "Concierge". Just call and check really quick. And really, that's that. It should be there waiting for you upon your arrival. Don't send it too soon. We usually try and time it so it arrives 1-2 days before we get there. It's really easy. Have a great trip!!!
