Pre-arrival paperwork/info?

We're renting points from a DVC owner for a January vacation at AKV. I have the confirmation letter with the ressie in my name. I was wondering what other info I may receive before our trip (resort info, DVC rules, other general information), and when it may arrive. Will the info come right to me, or will it be sent to the owner first? Thx.

Since the DVC owner gets all that info at signing, I don't think anything is sent out for a room reservation (at least, I've not received anything). If you have questions (eg, about DDP, mousekeeping, etc), I would speak with the owner from whom you are renting, as the DVC member services won't communicate with a non-member, even if your name is on the ressie. If any sort of communication is made from the DVC (eg, part of the Savannah is closed because of construction), that info would be sent to the owner.
