Pre-After Hours MK with little kids

I have 3 kiddos under 10 and we are going to do 2 after hours events at MK in March because I'm intimidated by spring break crowds and all are on the spectrum

We have never been to Disney, I know nothing. Staying offsite.

What do I do to sort of maximize our hours before the park closes for the hard ticket event? I use the term maximize loosely. Convenience and ease is big because anxiety and meltdowns are a factor.

Any updates on what this event looks like in 2023 and what my kiddos might want to hit that isn't available after hours? I know the DAS isn't going to be helpful when the park closes but would it be worth it for the pre-hours?

I usually get the time-sucking shows with low waits done during the 2 hours pre park close. Philharmagic, Tiki Room, Country Bears. If we still have time following doing whichever of those we want to do, Frontierland/Adventureland seem to start clearing out faster than Fantasyland/Tomorrowland, so we'll start hitting rides left to right.
