We just received news that my husbands 22 yr old cousin was killed. She was driving her car when she collided with an 18 wheeler and was killed instantly. She had two other people in the car with her. One was treated and released from the hospital and the other had to be med flighted and we are waiting to hear on his condition.

Many thoughts are prayers for your family and the accident survivors.

Thank you so much for all your prayers. It just seems so hard to believe she's gone.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss.. please have strength as you go through the grieving...

What a terrible tragedy. I am so sorry for your loss. :grouphug:

Oh my gosh, this happened in Easton didn't it? I just heard yesterday. My heart goes out to the family. I am so sorry for your loss. I was praying for the family today.

Yes it was the accident in Easton. You hear about accidents like this but you never think it can happen to one of your loved ones. Thank you for your prayers.

My heart goes out to you and your family and know that you are in our thoughts.

My husband lost his brother in a car accident 19 years ago, just after we were married. The pain lessens, but we never forget.

Though I've lived in Washington State 32 years, I grew up in southeastern Mass. and still have family back there and continue to read online local SE MAss newspapers.

I perused the article and must admit that after I read it, I felt a shiver up my spine. Though I didn't know your husband's cousin, I know the driver of the truck. He graduated from high school with me in 1974 and I hadn't seen nor heard of him since. Once again I'm reminded that we're all connected to one another in some way. Though I felt your pain after reading your posting on the disboards, this made it more real.

What a small world. We have Brian and his family in our thoughts and prayers. Just a terrible accident.

Thank you everybody for all of your prayers and support. The wake is Tuesday and then the funeral on Wed. It still just doesn't seem real.

Everyone is in my prayers...not only this week but for the length of your healing! :grouphug:
