Sadly, my DSIL died from AML. Her newborn was just 7 months old when she passed.

I hope this young mother was diagnosed early enough to get effective treatment.

My DS was diagnosed with AML at 22 months old. It is rare for children to get and was a tough fight, but after a stem cell transplant at 4 years old he has been in remission for almost 7 years now. I will keep your friend in my prayers.
