Prayers for my dad please?

My dad had a stroke last Saturday night, and he's been in the hospital all week. He's opened his eyes now and then, and tries to talk, but has only said a few words that make sense. Last night he started having problems with his stomach, and I'm really worried about him. The nurse we've had the past two days is awful- very negative and, ahem, "witchy". My mother, sisters and I are still holding on to hope, but things are scary! If you guys can pray for him, we would all appreciate it a lot!

My Mom had a stroke 5 years ago and he can recover.. some fully dome not depending on the stroke.. I will include him in my prayers.. Give him lots of love and kisses and help him get back to full health..

I would ask for a new nurse. The attitude of doctors and nurses directly influences patient care, IMHO.

We have been fortunate enough to have wonderful medical staff when we needed them.

Your family is in my prayers. My father had a stroke and the first couple of weeks were rough. The body, specifically the brain, is trying to repair itself. Take it one day at a time.
