Prayers and Pixie Dust?

Prayers... DD just had her first car accident. She and I are fine, shaken, but fine. Her car is probably totaled. An expense we had not counted on. And it had been a good day...

I've been in that situation a little under a year ago. Understand that it shakes you up. Fortunately everyone was ok.

The one thing I kept telling myself though is that it's just a car and it could have been alot worse. Cars can be replaced, people can't. Sending tons of pixie dust your way. Glad no one was hurt.

Any time you total a car and walk away uninjured is a good day. DD totaled her car 2 years ago. When I saw the car, all I could do was cry and thank God that she had not been seriously injured or killed.

Oi! That's a "first" you both could definitely have done without! I'm so glad you're both OK. Hopefully DD learned something from it, even if it wasn't her fault.
