I have seen several requests, but have never made one. Unfortunately I think it is time.
DH's cousin and his wife have a 3yo daughter Mackenzie. Kenzie (as she is called) had a growth on her chin that we all knew was cancerous, but were led to believe was benign. About 10 days ago, she had surgery which removed about 90% of the growth. Just to be sure it was benign, the Drs sent it in for a biopsy. As you can probably already guess the growth was not benign, it was malignant. Not only was it malignant, it was also secondary cancer cells, and the Drs have no idea where the primary cancer is. So now Kenzie has to undergo massive doses of radiation and chemo as well as the tests (including bone marrow) to determine how invasive the cancer is. On top of that, right before surgery, Kenzie's mom suffered a miscarriage.
Anyway, Kenzie and her family could use all the prayers and pixie dust we can muster right now!
Thanks
