I am planning our trip already for next year. We just got back from BWV 2 weeks ago. We took the kiddies out of school for a week so I don't want to do that again. I am now looking at the week before Easter or the last week in June when the kids' school is over. Planning for my 40th b-day which the end of April. If we go on Easter break, then Easter day will be our last vacation day which kind of gets me down, but I don't know about the crowds and heat the last week of June. Any comments??

Well, IMHO, Easter week - Spring Break is PACKED. Wait 'til June or better yet, wait 'til late August. As far as heat . . . to us upstate NYers, its always hot in FL. After all, we're the only ones swimming in January - the locals are wearing sweaters! :rotfl:
P.S. We take the kids out of school for a week every year - either for WDW or a cruise and don't regret it. They grow up so quick and I'm getting older every year. :cool1:

I know, I would think about taking them out again but I don't want to push it. I loved it when we went the last week in August, but I don't want to wait that long!! :rolleyes1 I will probably think about June then. Don't need to be there for Easter break!!

We went the middle of June this year and the parks were very crowded and it was very hot. We just took it a little slower, drank lots of water and went back to the pool to cool off.

We don't like to take the kids out of school like we did when they were younger...it is just too hard to do all the make up work the older they get.

Despite the heat and the crowds we had a great trip. I guess being at WDW any time of year is better than not at all! ;)

Good luck with your plans.
