PPO BOG - What can I expect?

We just scored an 8 am BOG on a day the park opens at 9 am. (I know - I know.... "for now"...)

My question is, what can we expect? I changed my days around a bit and we're going to focus on Fantasyland all morning that day now, but unfortunately, I couldn't change my 7DMT fastpass, which is on another day.

Will we likely be able to snag a ride on 7DMT it with no wait right at park opening, or is that unlikely?

What ride/s would you head to right after breakfast to maximize the pre-park opening breakfast?

You should be able to hop on with little to no wait. I would go to Peter Pan immediately afterwards if that's important to you.

When we had our PPO BOG, we were done eating by around 8:30 and then went out toward 7DMT. There was a CM standing there to start the line for people waiting to ride SDMT. We were the first ones in line, but they were a little slower to open the ride that morning. We were able to ride it at right at 8:50 and rode once prior to the rope drop crowd arriving. We went straight to Peter Pan after that and had a minimal wait for that maybe at most 5 minutes. It was nice to be able to go on those two rides without having to use a FP+ for them since the lines get long very early in the morning compared to other rides. We still had a FP+ for 7DMT because we didn't want to just rely on being able to get on Pre-park opening, but once we did get on then, we switched out that FP+ for something else.
